Make an interesting plot to begin with and a descriptive paragraph of RP to catch people's attention. You may advertise your Clan in your signature, pictures work very well in luring people into it. If you get absolutely no posts in the next 24 hours you may bump it(double post) but once you get at least one post, when it dies, it dies. Make friends and invite them to your Clan. This is probably most effective, because your friends are more willing to help you get your Clans active. Just don't overdue your BBCode. ^^
